I'm hoping to become a Garda, after my exams, I'm doing a security course but thats not until september, I want to do training over summer, which organisation would be more beneficial to me?

Which ever one gives you more experience. Check with each and ask how often you'd expect to be on duty and then decide.

I suspect the order of Malta may be busier but I can't be sure.
