Strongly considering buying an electric Aga Range Cooker. Main reason is to provide heat to the kitchen. Also will use for cooking. Anyone out there with Aga electric? What's your experience? Does electric Aga radiate as much heat as traditional oil/gas models? Do you need a separate hob? Any guide on running costs? Thanks for your help.

Hi we installed a 30 amp 4 oven electric aga, it's running almost 2 months now and I'm very happy with it. There is great heat from it, we have heating switched off downstairs and upstairs , no problem cooking on it. We got the 2 ring electric hob and have used one ring once . I'm very happy with it, we had looked at a dual control but decided on this. It's on all the time so no waiting for it to heat up, the house is so warm and welcoming.
    Any questions just ask.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. We are looking at the 3oven dual control to save on running costs. Will come back to you if I have further queries.
