Our teacher gave us a guideline of 30 mins. I don't know about any websites but your English textbook should have some terminology.

Go to the Revisewise website, click the Junior Cert tab, click the English HL section, click the Exam Extra button, and you should see a section for Media Studies which contains lots of terminology and advice.

For both the novel and play you should know at least one character in detail, a key scene, the beginning and ending, and one or two themes from each. Make sure to learn plenty of quotes, you'll lose marks if you don't include any in your answer.
