using false details for sti test

is it ok to use a false address for sti test, i booked a test in the north i used my real name and dob, however gave a false address, would this come back on me or do they post anything out?

how else are you going to find out the results - did you leave a phone number? It's probably never ok to give false information about anything but understandably, you may have been a little nervous and wishing for discretion.

I would call the clinic or centre that performed the STI and ask that any results or communication be delivered to you by phone or text (or if they insist on a postal address, ask a trusted friend can you use their address if you are concerned about housemates/parents etc opening your mail (accidentally or intentionally).

i have given my correct name, dob and mobile number, just the address is false, i think from googling the clinic works on a no news is good news basis, and if they need to get you it is by phone initially, ill insist on phone when im in with them next week
