Donegal Local Authority spending

They spend €70ish per person more on the roads than the average.

Yet any other county I can drive without half wrecking the car on pot holes.

To be fair, considering Donegal probably has one of the largest road networks in the country (without the population to match), cost per person will always be higher than the average, the disparity would be significantly worse if they had the funds to actually maintain the roads to an adequate level.
