Ulnar Nerve / Handlebar Palsy

Does anyone have any experience of a pain in the shoulder radiating down to the hand? I believe from Dr. Google that it might "Handle Bar Palsy" resulting in damage to the ulnar nerve which runs up the arm from the hands.

It seems to have developed in my left arm only after a longer cycle yesterday (130Km). Plenty on the net about how to prevent it but not a lot about treatment. Have been taking anti-inflammatory pills but beyond that I'm a bit lost!

If anyone else has any previous experience / advice I'd be very grateful!

    Thanks!

Advice- go see a doctor. I remember reading something about it a few weeks ago, think it was on the stickybottle a case in the UK were it was concluded to be the cause of death in a RTA
