Would anyone know how to contact Microsoft directly about a problem?
An email address would be great.
I have the Microsoft surface about 7 months now and for the last 2 months the touchpad has been splitting around the sides, the seams between the top and bottom.
If anyone else has had this problem and gotten it sorted or has any idea of how to contact them about it it would be great.
I've tried ringing them but each department I was put onto sent me to a different department.

I bought it direct from Microsoft. The only contact for them is the phone number which is an automated menu, then every selection tells your that you have the wrong department that you need the whatever department then you get through to them and its the wrong department so on so on....
