Hi guys, so my HTC One that I got last September is faulty, The wifi card seems to be the problem as the download speed is really really slow, buffering constantly. They've been good so far when I needed a set of earphones replaced. What is their procedure for repairing phones? after a long line of Iphones, I am used to a top class service, thanks, Dublin_Person
