Pre sale house survey & snag list

Can anybody recommend an engineer who conducts pre sale surveys on new build houses? We need a snag list generated, all building reg items to be checked and the plot dimensions to be verified etc. Must be accredited and have insurance. The house is in Carrigaline, Cork. Thanks.
