Hello, I put a USB stick in the back of the Saorview box, BBC is on. Then I press the record button on the remote but nothing happens. I am pressing the red button (image) http://images.dipol.com.pl/pict/a99439+++++++.jpg please help, what do I do? thank you.

You will need to give more info here, what sort of box do you have. Name and model number. Is it a Saorview approved box with a Saorview logo or is it a generic combi box.?
