US shoe sizes and width?

    Hello,

    Looking to order running shoes from the US. They give an option on the width of medium, wide or extra wide.
    Over here, we only get one option on width!?

    What is the standard one? I'd guess medium but don't want to order from the US and then have them too tight.

    Anyone know?

    Medium (C/D)
    Wide (E/EE)
    X-Wide (3E/4E)
