Hi there, I was just wondering what would you expect on a lunch menu, keeping in mind it is mainly tourist based and the menu would only have 8-12 items on it. Just wondering what is expected of a lunch menu! We are a restaurant but want to expand maybe to doing lunch also, thank you in advance!
