Water cooling graphics card

Ever since this "warm" weather came along I've noticed my graphics card (msi r9 280x) is getting too hot for my liking. I was looking into maybe water cooling it but my case (bitfenix shinobi) can't have radiators installed except a 120 in the back, so I looked into a kraken g10 but I can't seem to find a good place to buy them for a good price. Was hoping maybe somebody here could link me to a good site and maybe steer me towards a good 120 aio to cool the gpu also.

    Thanks!

How hot is it getting? The Twin Frozr cooler is pretty efficient tbh. Are you getting water cooling for cooler temps or simply for aesthetics/noise? Because it is quite an investment.

It's getting up to 76° on 65% fan speed which is loud and bad for Skype and such

76 degrees. That's while gaming correct? That's not bad. Make sure your case is cleaned and free of dust, optimise your flow by tidying up cables etc. That should buy a few degrees. Relax your fan curve. Limit it to 50% perhaps. If your core hits 80 degrees that's fine really.

Literally just did that the other day. I think the switch to water cooling with the kraken g10 will cost around 100 euro. I thought the max safe temperature for GPU's was 80 degrees C?

76 is fine, anything over 90 is worth keeping an eye on, generally under 100c should be safe. anything over that and the card will throttle back. I had a pair of 8800 GTS' back in the day and those bastards regularly hit 100, no need for the rad during the winter..

Well that's fair enough I guess. Was kinda freaking out a bit thinking that I was going to start smelling burning plastic at any moment haha
