I will get a few made up locally before even thinking of getting a binder and guillotine. Just having trouble finding suitable board for the back. obviously needs to be…

Hi,

What about mounting board, the sort picture framers use? It's failry stiff. Maybe a framer would give you their offcuts so you can try it.
