Stairs and landing carpet? Need some suggestions

Hi I am useless at anything to do with interior design! I have an antique chestnut floor ( quickstep laminate), white walls in a good medium sized hall. I need to pick some carpet for the stairs and landing. I know stripes are popular at the moment but I'm not overly keen on them or at least I haven't seen one I thought…

Hi

I need to pick some carpet for the stairs and landing. I know stripes are popular at the moment but I'm not overly keen on them or at least I haven't seen one I thought would go.

Has anyone seen some nice carpet recently that might go? I'm replacing the red that's currently there.
