Ok pilgrims, the shepherd has returned to guide his flock of work shy losers...

First thing on Saturday morning, get down to your local investment broker (that's the bookies to the common herd..). Place the remainder of your dole money on the following:

    Nonito Donaire (Win)
    James DeGale (Points)
    Jamie McDonnell (KO)
    Ghislain Maduma (Win)
    Felix Sturm (Win)
    George Groves (Win)

This little collection of jewels pays 35/1...And all fight on Saturday.

The last two days has brought Sun shine to our rugged Island, this brings on a thirst, and the government don't provide sunshine beer money...

Do not fear fur ball's... The boxing guru hath spoken...

Only selection I wouldn't agree with is jamie McDonnell to win by KO, pretty sure that will go to points and will be tighter than you think!

    Flanna,

I've not been around much, why the new post, what happended the last one?

Not sure about Groves, I'd like him to win but I think he'll get sloppy if it goes on and will get dropped. Haven't looked at some of the others but it's a big bet for the first one on the thread, I reckon I'll be on here tomorrow telling you I told you so :)

    @ The bitter fella...

My return to this forum was prompted by the abundance of drunks being picked up off the streets... To the untrained eye, these are nothing but layabouts sponging off the state and land owners like myself.. To me, it is the first sign that the money is running out, these poor misfortunate parasites of humanity had not planned for a few sunny days (and the increased thirst that that creates). As most of these drunks are living off the last 'Flanna bonanza'', I fear that I may have abandoned them in their hour of need... Hence the 35/1 shot previously posted.

Froch is spent - That's the unfortunate fact of the matter. Groves has superior speed, footwork & power... I foresee Groves dominating the first six rounds, and then splitting the latter half of the fight between them. Stamina will not be an issue.

To the guy that doesn't agree with a McDonnell KO... If he can't knock a midget out at his level, there is something drastically wrong.

Alas my friends... It is time to step up to the plate, the ticket has been printed, it requires faith to buy them....

    So long Fur Ball's!

Donaire very lucky to get that one...could easily have been given as a TKO.

Sturm lost convincingly too (hopefully Soliman is clean this time) so all in all a bad day at the office...

My fellow pilgrims.. It is with a heavy heart, and a contrite spirit, that I address ye all this evening..

It is true.. My selections were not as promising as first anticipated, my acute boxing brain did not provide the correct forecast to enhance the peasants daytime drinking life style... For that I am sorry.

To the bitter fella - You were right.

Like Mr. George Groves... I too, must go back to the drawing board.

    So long, Fur Ball's!
