    I've u could do just 1 exercise to aid your cycling which 1 is best

    Squats?

    Lunges ?

    Curls?

    I'd guess squats if you had to pick one it builds a strong core and great workout.

    I'd be willing to guess that there's no substitute for getting out on the bike.

    Any exercise that strengthens your core

    Rolls up, planks, press ups, burpees

    This is a program that was given to me last year for over the winter months.
    Warm up on the turbo for 15 minutes spinning

    Rowing machine 5-10 minutes

    High Pulley: Lat pull downs 3 sets 12 building up to 20 over 3-4 weeks

    Low Pulley: Up right rows 3 sets 12 building up to 20 over 3-4 weeks

    Sit ups 3 sets of 20

    Leg press machine 3 sets 12 building up to 20 over 3-4 weeks

    Front press: 3 sets 12 building up to 20 over 3-4 weeks

    Bent over rows: 3 sets 12 building up to 20 over 3-4 weeks

    Hack Squats 3 sets 12 building up to 20 over 3-4 weeks

    Warm down bike spinning

    Never got a chance to try it myself. but others have found it good.

    I would have thought that it really depends on what you want to get out of it. Faster? Stronger? Longer? All of the exercise you mentioned will aid cycling. Personally, running seems to help me.
