Helix Piercing

Hoping that you might be able to help me with a few questions...

I have wanted to get my helix pierced since I was a teenager. I'm not sure why exactly I haven't done it before. I work in a fairly formal office so had been worried about how appropriate it would be but recently noticed a colleague had it done. I will also be off for around 14 weeks soon for studying for exams and holidays so thinking it might be a good time to do it.

Firstly, can anyone recommend somewhere reputable in Cork to get it done?
Also, how painful is it and how long will it be uncomfortable for? I know this will vary from person to person. How long will I have to wait before changing the earring?

    Thanks!
