fas travel allowance??

    Startin fas course in 2 weeks. Jb is freezing. Thats fine. I note there is a travel allowance if travel is required. I will be gettin bus and its 19km which is an allowance of arounsd €18 I rang the bus company today to see how much a weekly return is and its 35€Asked how much an adult return daily is and its €7. So btr off with weekly return.

    I take it i wont get the 35€ from fas for travel every week

    No you won't get 35, have a look on this link. It's based on how many miles you have to travel.so you would only get 18. Sure the lunch allowance is only €4 a week

    FAS seem to only cover 1/2 the travel distance

    I think they set the rate years ago and it has never changed
