I have a fixed gear bike and for some reason when cycling up or down hills it has happened twice the rear wheel jams up against the frame , I went ****ing dancing over the handlebars this morning and I'm really worried about it , could any shed some light ? is it the tensioning of the chain or ?

Your rear wheel may not be tight enough and you're pulling your wheel forward. Has happened me a few times on track.
