    hello,
    Can anyone help.
I am just sick of getting severe pain in my calves when I run.
I have been going to a physical therapist to get calves loosened but it is doing me no good just costing me money.
I gave up wearing orthotics as they were gone old in January and my pain has started since then. I was attending a specialist in relation to a minor problem with my ankle and he told me I dont need the orthotics.
Has anyone experienced the same problem?
    Has anyone solutions?
It is so annoying going for a run and stopping every 10 minutes cause I am in agony.

If you are seeing a physio they can advise you. If your really are in "agony" you need medical advice, which is not permitted on Boards

I am therefore required to close the thread
