Hi could anyone help. Newly built house there is a bad smell of sewer lines the drains are clear and two stack vents to the line at back of house and side. Only thing I can think of is the percolation area is not vented so could the gas be coming back and out the aj's?

percolation area - is this a biocycle unit, and has it had enough time to stabilise?
