I am applying for an LLM in TCD at the minute and have to upload a document giving permission to verify documents. I am assuming this is the same requirement for all postgrad applications in TCD. I didn't fill that bit in when I sent my application in and it didn't seem to make a difference. I assumed it was an internal reference number thing that they'd fill in themselves.
