outside drain that takes the water from kitchen sink dishwasher is blocked/overflowing. Ive tried power washer and a drain wire to unblock it. Seems to be grease, food build up and cant shift it.

Anyone any tips or know a reasonably priced drain company in kildare...thanks

Does this drain run into the sewer? It's possible the sewer is blocked. Lift the lid on this & have a look.

Wait till the sink is empty.

good squirt of fairy liquid down the hole.

6 or 7 kettles of boiling water.

its rare that that doesnt work for me on kitchen sinks

You may need a quick plunge or 2 every once and a while to help the hot water get down the pipe

If all else fails there is an industrial strength chemical you can get. A plumbing trade counter would have it. Davies plumbing suppliers definitely stock it. This is heavy duty stuff. Burns the skin instantly if spilt.
