Hi, I'm studying mathematical physics in tcd & am desperately in need of a small single apartment in the Ranelagh, Rathmines or City Center area, or basically anywhere within walking distance to tcd. If anybody has a place for around 300-350 I would be willing to give free guitar, bass, mathematics or physics grinds to you or your kids, or do whatever work possible, e.g. babysitting or something, just to get a place for the next year, I really need help getting a place unfortunately.
