Bulging disks C5 C6

Am suffering from bulging disks in the cervical area for over 4 years. This affects my upper back, right arm, both shoulders, makes it difficult to get comfortable sleeping and is painful to use a pc or lap top. Pain and tiredness are symptoms. Have tried a few proceedures, physio, meds no lasting results. anybody found…

Have tried a few proceedures, physio, meds no lasting results. anybody found someone to fix it permanently? That area also has arthritis.

Had epidurals last summer for bulging discs, did the trick, though lower down.
