Grand scenic paint stained

    Has any1 else experienced their paint turning white in patches around the car.

    It disappeares when you wet the patches.

    No. Silver and the stains look whitish.

    Suncream is the most likely candidate. It pretty much needs to be buffed out. Even then its not always a success. That stuff seems to bake in to the paint.

    I'd heard sun cream might do this but it's in places that there would be slim to no chance of sun cream getting to like under the front bumper.

    Was it previously painted? I've seen this happen on poor paint jobs.
