Unable to post images & URLS

Hello, I tried to post a reply to a thread earlier and I was greeted with the message: "You cannot post with images, URLs or attachments because you are a new user." Anyone know what's caused this or how to rectify it? I've posted images before. And I'm a member since Jan 2013. Thanks Tf2

Hello,

Yeah, it was changed recently.

You need 50 posts to be able to post URLs now.
