ESM Shares on ISE - Brokers?

My current broker won't deal with ESM shares on the ISE. Any suggestions of an execution only broker that will deal with these shares?

Davy Select do. I'm sure any other Irish brokers would also

-TD Investing don't trade ESM
-Saxo Bank don't trade ESM
-Sommerville Advisory Markets dont trade ESM

Davy select do but their charges/qtr fees are quite high. I'm looking for an execution only broker that doesn't charge a managment fee that deals with ESM irish stocks?
