Wifi in NUIG

    Hi,
I'm on academic leave from NUIG at the moment and am returning next year. On friday I am heading up to Galway to speak to a few lecturers. However, I also have a job interview on Skype on that day and the company have said that using my iPhone is not sufficient.

Will I be able to access the wifi? I forget my student password and don't know if it would let me in as I'm not registered this academic year.

    Thanks, R.

I doubt it would work. The login for your wifi is your student number and password. If that is not active, I don't think you'll be able to connect to the wifi.

You might be able get someone to give you their login information for the occasion. However, a note that the wifi here is not too reliable. I get bounced off quite a bit. I've also done Skype and Facetime calls where I've had to reconnect due to poor wifi signals.

    Just my honest opinion.
