    So new season new manager,

    What will poch have to do too succeed, i would imagine nothing less than champions league qualification in his first year.
    This is a tall order, for it to happen, he needs to.

    1. Convince hugo to stay.
    2. Find a new Lb
    3. Get a back 4 playing as a defensive unit, where coughing up 6 goals never happens.
    4. Find a balanced midfield are lamela,eriksen, paulinho,chadli, townsend,siggi,lennon ,sandro good enough. He needs to find a central midfielder with experience to fill the modric gap.
    5. 20 goal a season striker, be that soldado ade kane or a new man, this is a must.

    All this and every one is going to want exciting football aswell.

    All he has to do is get us passing the ball and playing as a unit. After that everything will fall into place.

    Hugo leaving is a concern, but there are some good goalies out there to buy. Not as good as him, but good enough. Hopefully he'll stay anyway.
