Round Up Spray

    Can anyone tell me how much Round Up would you use in a 300 litre sprayer to kill grass and weeds under fence wire and around the yard using a lance. Many Thanks in advance.

    Off memory think smtn like 2ltr/100water/acre. So 300 woukd be 6ltr that shld be there there abouts.

    Yea.
    1:50 is fine.
    We've gone down to 1:80 in the weed licker and it still kills rushes, just much slower.

    I find Grazon 90 is best for under electric.
    1 litre will do for 140Ltr of water.

    Killing grass as well as weeds under fences and along ditches will allow weeds to come back without any competition. I be inclined to use a brushwood killer along ditches (Terbel, Grazon 90, etc). Under fences in paddocks you can use brushwood killer again or you could use a general spray like Hi-load micram or MCPA even. Mostly under fences it is nettles or thistles are the issue.
