Hi all, I'm trying to find Titebond wood glue for a guitar project I'm doing. Does anyone know of any Irish suppliers or better still Dublin suppliers? I can find it online but would rather get it sooner and locally rather than wait for delivery.

Failing that does anyone have any tips for similar glue products I could use? It's a wood to wood join on the guitar body.

    Thanks in advance everyone.

bog standard green bottle red top evostick PVA glue.

made 90 guitars with it. never a problem or a failure

added bonus of heat releases it.

I've take fingerboards off to replace trussrods using a clothes iron.

Thanks for the tip, I think I'll try a mixture of that and some sawdust I keep specially. It's too fill a a pickup and electrics cavities with wooden blocks so it should do the trick. Doesn't have to be perfect, its just a home project to teach myself a bit about guitar luthiering.

    Cheers

I have used cascamite powdered resin glue on some projects. I had some left over from a boat project many years ago and have sworn by it ever since for all wood projects. Readily available and very versatile. Hope this may help.

You can get Titebond in the Carperntry Store, in the M7 business park near Naas
