Infojobs.net is the best website to look for a job in Spain, and Indeed is not bad neither.

I don't think I have ever heard a single good experience with Spanish recruit agencies, so try to avoid as far as possible. However there are not so many agencies as in Ire, so you should be fine applying directly to companies. Most companies put their adverts in Infojobs, but you might want to check company pages as well. I know eBay at least looks for dev people in BCN sometimes.
