    Thoroughly enjoyed the first game, as a super fun Diablo-style adventure, but didn't even know a second one was coming out until just recently. Anyone get a look in at this? I'm probably waiting until sale time to nab it :p

    Played a bit of the first one on a friend's PC and was quite impressed, so have been keeping an eye on this. First reviews seem to think it improves on the first!

    Really been enjoying the **** out of this, but I'd agree, it's a bit of an improvement in some areas on the first.

    In the first game, you had your companion Lady Katerina in the single player campaign who was fairly useless without some DLC that gave her a proper talent tree and better skills. I went ranged and had her melee, so she's be sorta tanking the mobs and I'd be picking them off, it was a really fun way to play an action RPG. You also had to get DLC to be able to play different classes, which was annoying, but it was cheap as hell anyway. This time round there's no pissing about with DLC for classes and your companion, it's all there with the main game, and the DLC that is there is a whole new campaign (Didn't get it yet, next sale probably).

    But they really improved the whole tower defense mini game, which is kinda optional now, but I think it's fun as hell and does something a bit different to the usual Diablo clone. Apart from that, it's mostly more of the same really, so if you liked the first it's really good. ;)
