Tried Everything. Can't find a solution

27-05-2014 06:36PM#1I have Malware, i have no idea where it came from im usually very careful when im browsing online. I've tried every Anti-virus Malware software under the sun. they can't find it. I've come across SystemUpdatekb70007 and stopped it through Msconfig, it stopped the ads in chrome, but it still happens in Steam. I'm lost for a solution anything you guys can think of would be great. here's a screen shot of what i am talking about.
