I had a chance to do Umrah few months back by a tour operated called Mansik tours. They booked the travel package including flights, hotel, visa & transport. It was bit expensive but still they did not provide good service for the amount i paid. when i complained about the service after coming back they did not even bother to reply to the email regarding my complain. I think the general public who are doing Umrah or Haj paying a huge amount of money should be aware of what they are getting into when using such travel agents.

The worst part was the transportation that they provided between airport and hotel and other destination like Madhina and Makkah. The cars were very old and a/c had to be switched off or else car gets stopped because of over heating. The outside temperature was around 45 degree and imagine traveling in such hot weather without a/c. The hotels they provided were very dirty even though they told it was 4 star hotel. They wasted our time for 1 hour while we were going from Madhina to Makkah because they called us back when we were on our way to Makkah to hand over some documents to be sent to their Makkah office instead of using post or courier. Very unprofessional service.

so avoid Mansik tours and there sub operator Qasswa in Saudi at any cost as they don't provide a good service.

Are they registered with ITOF or do they hold a Travel Agent licence?
