    What are the likely difficulties for probate of a person who made a will under their maiden name, then changed name to their married name but did not get their will updated to reflect name change?

    Were you married at the time of making the will?

    Lol no it's an aunt that's elderly and in a nursing home atm and I am a named executor. I think she updated/made the will while married but for some reason remained in her maiden name. There is not much in it tbh. Is it best to get this fixed now or does it matter?
