Grand Canal Dock area development

I’m an interested resident who read online in the last week that the development of vacant land in the Grand Canal area has been given the go ahead.
Apologies, if this is the wrong place for this, as I know it may be too localised for an accommodation forum!
From the reports in the Independent and the Irish Times there is a mention of commercial/residential development etc, but nothing too specific other than there is a lot of land to be developed.
There is an area on Hanover Quay/Britain Quay, which is vacant right now, is it likely to be commercial or residential going in there or does anyone know?
Is Britain Quay the area facing onto Hanover Quay or would it be the warehouse like area going towards St John Rogersons Quay?
Also, there’s an area facing the water going from Hanover Quay along a cobbled street as you walk towards little footbridge over water towards Ringsend/Irishtown?
    Any thoughts?
