    Hi

How is rental income treated for joint ownerships (both 50% owners). Is all rental income/costs split 50% and we both complete a form 11/12 based on 50%.

Total Net taxable income is approx €5k so 2.5k each. I assume I can complete a Form 12?

Also when completing a form 12 do u have to complete all details on form or just the rental income section?
Do you have to complete the claim for tax credits, allowances and reliefs for 2013?

    Sorry and thanks
