    Hi all. Anyone know much about vtos. Im looking to go back to college as mature student. Currently on jsa this is means tested on my partners wages. Im literally on €73 a week. Will this increase on vtos scheme or stay the same?

    i was on it for a year. it is only available for a small set of fetac courses, you usually apply through the college, it was 208 per week. if you are looking to go back to college ( level 7+ ) you will not have the option of getting vtos. in that case you can avail of the btea, the max payment is 188 per week, but they may have lower payment amounts depending on circumstances etc.
