problem with prepay

    we had a prepay meter fitted today, and our crd will not top up from shops, also all the helpline numbers will not connect for us, any ideas. 
    Have tried 1850301030, etc, is there a major problem or is it me !!

    Thanks for your post, and sorry to hear you're having trouble topping up and using our helpline.

    1850 30 10 30 should be working, but if you have difficultly connecting to any of our 1850 numbers, try +353 1 8529534.

    Are you pressing * before topping up, and # afterwards? Is the code you pruchased 20 digits in length, or 40 digits? There is further information concerning our pay as you go meters on this FAQ here.
