Warranty Issue

    I have an Acer E2 Duo, the screen cracked recently, but thats not my issue, the battery has dropped to maybe a hour full charge and has swollen to point where case wont fit, would this be covered by warranty? The cracked glass wont influence this will it?

    It will not be covered, the repairer will just write it off as physical damage and not repair it, even if the crack is slight....

    sorryIm talking about the battery issue, phone is overheating and shutting down during charging

    Yeah they won't touch it for the battery or overheating issue if there is a crack on the screen, won't even be looked at....

    Your best bet maybe is to try source another battery for it if possible....

    Or even a third party shop like a Chinese one may take a look at it for you...
