Have you checked the inflation on the tyres? Over or under inflation could cause uneven wear. The next thing to check after that would be worn suspension components.

Some good info on uneven wear tyre patterns:

I would check alignment before attacking suspension components. You may just have hit a pothole hard on that side and alignment gone off after that without your notice.

Any decent guy doing alignment will warn you about worn suspension components anyway.

Don't waste money on alignment first

99% of alignment shops will align a car with faulty/worn bushings or suspension components and within a very short time you'll be back to the same place you are now. then the pothole conversation gets air time and unfortunately you need another alignment and a great discussion on the states of the roads as you dip again into your wallet.

The problem is the camber is off on one rear wheel. most likely a worn bushing or ball joint. you need to get this repaired first then aligned.
