    Hi
the cheapest flight I found is through tripair - but I see negative things on a quick google search. also some positives

Has any one any personal experience ? and also how can I check if they are bonded - or whatever the terminology is

I believe your looking for the Commission For Aviation Regulation, they have a list of all the bonded travel agents here in Ireland.

By chance did you find Trip Air by using Skyscanner? There are plenty of horror stories about some of the web sites that have been linked through Skyscanner. Personally I wouldn't mind paying that little bit extra by using a more reputable travel agent or using the airlines own websites. At least if something does go wrong you should be able to get it sorted a lot easier.

Hmmm its the greek travel agency again like conor_ie said try looking around elsewhere. They have a Uk phone number there but are not registered with ATOL in the UK or ITAA here at home which means they wouldnt be bonded the way a UK or Irish travel agency would be so less protection if they go belly up.

I used them for return flights from New Zealand to Fiji...stupidly didn't look into them before I booked and iust before we left I did a bit of googling and got very worried! It all worked out fine though, but I suppose you just have to consider what would happen if flights were cancelled etc, luckily ours all went smoothly.

Used them for a flight from Barcelona to Bordeaux, no problems at all, flight was with Vueling (Iberia's cheaper brand).

have used them twice for international flights (through skyscanner) Had a name issue, called them they sorted straight away. Turned out not to be an issue at all anyway as it happens. No problem

If you book a flight with a travel company not atol or iata bonded here and they go belly up, will the credit card comany refund the money anyway if booked via credit card?

Sorry, also meant to ask, if the flight is ticketed and you have the airlines confirmation numbr, is it ok if they go belly up then? I presume the airline only issue the booking code when they have been paid, so if the travel company goes bust, your ticket is already booked, or am I being too hopeful?
