Help me with an outfit for Royal Ascot!

Hi Ladies,

So I'm off to Ascot this year, first time ever at an event like that and I need some help with finding the perfect outfit!

We'll be in the Royal Enclosure so the dress code is quite strict - knee length, no strapless or one shouldered, straps an inch thick or more.
No fascinators, must be a hat or headpiece with a base diameter of 4 inches minimum.

I'm thinking somethig simple like a cream dress with navy or nude accessories, can anyone recommend any good online shops?

I don't want to spend more than €100 on the dress.

How about going with a dress jacket and a cocktail style dress or something?
