Water ingress - 2010 Renault Scenic III

Found water pooling in the front passenger side storage box in the floor, ack! Thought Renault had long since solved this. There was so much I assume it has been coming from above the car, not kicked up below so set about checking to see if any drain holes were blocked.

Took the scuttle off and various plastic covers to look in the area around were the front screen drains to, all looked fine and not clogged up, also removed the wheel arch liner expecting to see some kind of drain tube I could clear, but found nothing. A bit perplexed, there was a lot of water in the car.

Coolant levers are fine, and its not coming from the windscreen wipers.

Anyone know where the drain routing is on these things or what else I could be checking?

Not sure if I found the source of the problem but took out the wheel arch liners, found that both drain points below the scuttle were well blocked with crud. Cleaned and flushed out. Based on what I've seen online I would be hopeful that that solves the problem.
