7pm to midnight broadband is unusable - cancellation policy

    i have had a case open for months as my broadband drops from 15mb to almost zero at 7pm and only returns after midnight. I have had engineers out and they said the problem was in an exchange in dublin.  Whats the cancellation policy ? Will i be held to 12 month contract ? Presume I have some consumer rights, do I need to go via commreg, small claims court ?
