    6. Do you need any of these peripherals? No

    7. Are you willing to try overclocking? No

    8. How can you pay? Bank transfer/Visa Debit.

    9. When are you purchasing? ASAP.

    10. If you need help building it, where are you based? I don't need help, Brother is doing it for me.

Solid build. Swap in a h97 board for that h87 . And you are good to go.

Thank you, but what about the graphics card? is it good enough?

Yeah that graphics card will run just about everything on 1080p at ultra at the moment.

Another thing, My SSD is Crucial, but my bro said that SSD make could be dodgy and that I should opt for thr samsung SSD. Does it really make a big difference if I use Crucial instead or Samsung? plus, can you give me guys a good brand of WLAN for desktop. Thank you again.

If the SSD is dodgy, might want to get rid of the ram too because that is the same brand.

Good point, I think I will just chance it and see how it goes. Do you guys know how to use geizhals.de?

Absolutely nothing wrong with Crucial, I'd actually rate them as one of the best in reputation.

Was that in response to my post? I was talking about the Crucial SSD he has in the build. Crucial doesn't make PSUs.

I take it you don't think the extra write speed is worth the extra money with the evo?

Just copy and paste the name from hardwareversand.de to geizhals.de and search, select the item you're looking for from the list, then scrool down the next page until you see hardwareversand.de, when you click the link, the hardwareversand.de price changes.

I had to use google translate to figure out the geizhals website but I finally got it, hehe, Thank you all so much guys for the help, I really appreciate it. Any other thing I should be aware of on my build? or is this good enough?

Yep no need to pay 80 quid for windows 8. Use reddit software swap to buy a key for $10. Use that 70 euro save to upgrade somewhere else in the build

edit: xeon in a csgo build.. Don't pull the trigger on ordering this build yet and me and possibly a few others will throw up an alternative more suited to the games you'll be playing

Is that reddit swap legal and/or trusted? I'm sorry I'm pretty "noob" at this hehe.

What is wrong with intel Xeon?

Evo is a good SSD. Given the choice between the 120 gig evo "write speeds", and a crucial 240 gig. I'll take the 240 gig SSD. Do you notice write speeds Phil Phil?

the keys are legal and legitimate but make sure you purchase from someone who has sold to many others before so you know they are themselves legitimate.

Xeons are for servers / workstation pcs. you should be going for the consumer cpus. You lose out the option of ECC registered ram for higher clock speeds, ability to overclock, and lower price.

I haven't a clue, I don't have an ssd. :o I've been trying to decide between the two and wasn't sure if the evo 240 gig was worth €20-30 extra.

Comes down to this Phil. Cold hard cash. If you have the extra get the evo. Either one/way you will have made a sound investment. You will notice the difference.

Try get on amazon if you can.

I've been looking at a very similar build (only real difference is a GTX770 and a 650W PSU) for the last month or so, hoping to finally get around to buying it this week.

Don't you need a fan? Don't think the Xeon comes with a stock cooler.
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - Intel/AMD will add 27.51 (Geizhals, today).

I'm not quite sure myself, like I said, this is my first time building a pc. Is the fan really necessary?
