    2. Regular land line plugged into #1 above

    3. Mobile Broadband plan

    4. Subscription with freespeech.ie

    You should at least attach spec of the Huawei device.
    I personally use a sip client (csip simple) on my Android phone, I live in Belgium works a treat for me. I use www.sipdiscount.com for calls to Ireland and ww.freevoipdeal.com for calls to UK.

    I used to be on Three Ireland, no issues with using sip clients on mobile. I know people running Bria (SIP Client) on iPhone, again no issues on Three Ireland.

    Yes!You must attach spec of the Huawei device.Then you can according to huawei's instruction find that what you want !
